Every month, I try to design a continuously varied and progressive group training experience based on the latest research on stress and exercise.
Group training sessions are tightly-run training sessions for up to 10 people. I guide you around our state of art gyms in a closely coached exercise program that’s all about results and hard work.
That is why, if you want an easy ride then I respectfully suggest that you join a workout class because I am not for you.

Each group training session is specifically designed to get you closer to your health goals. In addition, my wide variety of group training classes has something for everyone to ensure you get to your healthiest and fittest self whilst having fun.
Finally, signature is my very own version of small group classes that will make you sweat and smile with a variety of games. Moreover equipment, and challenging workouts designed will reduce stress hormones, burn calories, tone and improve overall strength and health.
With different types of workouts for you to choose from throughout the week. The group training sessions are scheduled each Wednesday from 7:00PM to 8:00PM and each Sunday from 10:00AM to 11:00AM.
On the whole, booking a session is easy just drop me an email so I can add you to the next group training session!
The group sessions take place in either Tamar Park or Happy Vally recreation ground.
200 HKD - 1 Session
Thanks to this session, you will be able to get a good look at the group sessions, see how the exercises are chosen and the recovery time. At least but not last, you will train with other people in a beautiful location.
1,000 HKD - 5 Sessions
You want to progress and accordingly I know it!
2,000 HKD - 10 Sessions
Plan your training in the long term with the group sessions where you will be able to see your improvements in terms of physique, cardio vascularity and health.
